We won a fair contract!

After months of negotiating, our members unanimously voted to ratify our new contract that includes:

• $60,000 minimum salary, including 5% raise this year
• New Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility committee
• 12 weeks of parental leave

We're incredibly thankful for all the support from TA activists and volunteers for having our backs throughout this process. Because of you, we won a transformational contract for our members.
